Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) & olive oil — At least 3 servings/day
For monounsaturated fat (mostly oleic acid) & small amount of polyunsaturated fat; EVOO also contains antioxidants & phytochemicals (ie, polyphenols, vitamin E, squalene, chlorophyll & plant sterols)
Note that olive oil contains no protein, carb, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin C, omega-3 fat
