Use FLMC's Vitamin K Counter and Tracker to ensure consistent intake if on warfarin & Adequate Intake if at risk of postmenopausal osteoporosis

  • Use this app to maintain a consistent intake of vitamin K if you’re on an anticoagulant such as warfarin (Coumadin®) that acts by lowering the activity of vitamin K to avoid fluctuations in warfarin activity, which can lead to bleeding (too much activity) or thrombosis (too little activity).
  • This app can also be used by people not on warfarin-type anticoagulants to ensure an adequate vitamin K intake to lower the risk of osteoporosis.
